Foods for Balanced Diet

When it comes to balanced diet for weight loss, there are few restrictions. Unlike wider thought, that balanced diet is just a calorie restriction diet, Balanced diet means, taking the right quantity of the right food.  45–65% of your daily calories from carbs, 20–35% from fats and 10–35% from protein.

The foods allowed in Balanced diet is a larger umbrella of Low carb diet foods. Like Low carb diet foods has Paleo as a subset. Except the percent consumed is different.
