    I like way of weight reduction and the method.
    Somethings I couldn’t follow because of my food choice. I don’t like Milk product.

    Doing exercise for long time. But still no change in my weight.

    Don’t know what to do.

    hi Anna i lost 2.3 kg 10000 walking panra but sweating adha level ila floor exercise panna r playing shuttle panna sweat agudhu ena panradhu na …. . waliking 1 hour r 2 hr panra but light sweating… Plz give suggestions
